Blue Sun Growers (2nd Saturday Vendor)Broken Willow Winery, Cresco, PA (Full time vendor)Broken Willow Winery is a small, home based business that specializes in small batch wines. All of their wines are crafted using juice sourced from the best suppliers across the country. They are very proud of the product that they are able to supply to their customers.
Bubbly Hills Farms (Alternating Weeks Vendor)"Hi! I am Lizzy. Just a simple and adventurous person. This farm adventure started with the idea that I would grow vegetables and help save the world! (HAHA) As time passed it seemed life had a different plan. Flowers just kept popping up (pun intended) in my daily life. They gave me great joy on long sweaty summer days out in the blistering sun. I was kindly adopted by an experienced florist on the farm who was skilled at arranging garden flowers and foraged pieces. She made everyday perennials look stunning. I was completely swooned by the act of arranging the flowers. My true love was watching the flowers grow and providing the environment they needed to thrive. Every weed I pulled, I knew was for the greater good and for the healthy future of these little joyous miracles. My energy seemed boundless when it came to tending to the cut flower garden. I slowly started to realize as much as I love growing vegetables, my passion was in growing flowers. Soon after I started to make little bouquets. The part that never gets old is watching people's face light up when they receive flowers. Watching them smell and hold them close it’s so innocent and pure. The whole point of this farm is to spread happiness through the magical gift of flowers. With that, I also want to make sure that these flowers are healthy and naturally tended to. I plan to grow crops that do well on the land and environment I have. Therefore, I won't have to supplement nutrients which would make them weak and susceptible to pests. This strategy should eliminate the need to spray pesticides. The end result should be beautiful well- balanced bouquets that are fragrant, beautiful, and free of harmful chemicals. So that you can bury your face in that bouquet and get a big whiff of happiness. My saying is "Petal-ing flowers for blooming smiles" Clear Spring Farm, Easton, PA (Full Time Vendor)Clear Spring Farm is a Community Supported Agriculture run farm. We participate in a program called CSA where you the consumer have the opportunity to purchase a share in the vegetables that are grown on our farm for the season. We grow a wide variety of approximately 30 different kinds of vegetables, harvested from May through October. Members will receive a wide variety of vegetables harvested at its peak of ripeness, flavor, vitamins, and mineral content. A Full share will consist of enough for a family of four or a couple on a vegetarian diet. Half shares will consist of enough for a couple on a non-vegetarian diet. We also have a farm stand at the farm which is open to the public. Sweet corn, apples, pumpkins, tomatoes, honey, lettuce, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, scallions, radishes, beets, cabbage, kale, snap peas, snow peas, green & yellow beans, peppers, kohlrabi, strawberries, onions, eggplant, zucchini, acorn & spaghetti squash, watermelon, cantelope, plums, peaches, apricots, blueberries, nectarines, bok choy, carrots, Christmas trees, grave blankets, Christmas logs, hanging baskets, potted flowers, wreaths, herbs.

The name was created because I wanted it to be a collection of all of my passions, beliefs and interests. Fairfield Farms, Emmaus, PA (1st Saturday of the Month)Fairfield Farms is situated at the base of South Mountain near Emmaus PA. They grow their own berries and vegetables without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Most of what is grown on the farm is utilized in the production of the preserves and pickled vegetables. A few things that they do not produce are sourced from other local farms. By preserving the produce at the peak of its freshness, it results in the best possible flavor and highest nutritional level. The eggs we offer are from free-range chickens which are fed non-GMO, antibiotic-free grain. The colors will delight, and include pink, tan, blue, green, and brown eggs.
